Return and Exchange
Exchange & Return Policy
At DIRIS, we offer both exchanges and returns for store credit only.
- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.
- Sale items are only eligible for size exchanges and not return.
- We do not offer refunds. If you choose to return, you’ll receive store credit once the item is received and inspected.
- Custom orders are not eligible for exchange or returns. Alterations can be accommodated.
- Return shipping is to be handled by the customer unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
