This is a delicate, handcrafted piece and should be handled with care. Avoid contact with water, perfume, oils and rough or abrasive surfaces. Do not machine wash or soak. Store in the dust bag when not in use and avoid placing heavy or sharp objects inside the bag, as they may catch on the embroidery or embellishments. Some movement or slight loosening of individual sequins or beads can naturally occur with wear.

Return and Exchange Policy:
At DIRIS, we offer both exchanges and returns for store credit only.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed.
- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible.
- Please mail us at returnsandexchanges@shopdiris.com to raise a return or exchange request.
- Any shipping charges paid while placing the order are non-refundable for returns or exchanges.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.
- Sale items are only eligible for size exchanges and not returns.
- We do not offer refunds. If you choose to return, you’ll receive store credit once the item is received and inspected.
- Custom orders are not eligible for exchange or returns. Alterations can be accommodated.
- Bags are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Return shipping is to be handled by the customer unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
